Blueskin Low Oil Commuting (B.L.O.C.)

We are a user-driven network of regular travellers between the Blueskin area and Dunedin, who want to travel in a 'hydrocarbon-conscious' way.

BLOC provides the opportunity of occasional cycle commuting by linking cyclists and drivers via a mailing list.  We also network about bike tuning and repair, and other forms of sustainable transport (bio-diesel, electric, etc.)
